Shrimp Wedges

Shrimp Wedges - 3 to 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 7 oz. can shrimp pieces, drained
2 bunches green onions, finely chopped
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
2/3 C mayonnaise
3 English muffins, split

Directions:

Combine all but muffins and spread on each muffin half. Cut each muffin into 3 triangles and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
