4 eggs 1 C orange juice 1 tsp grated orange peel 8 1" thick French bread slices 4 T butter powdered sugar orange marmalade maple syrup
Directions:
Beat eggs, juice and peel in a medium bowl. Arrange bread slices in 9 X 13" baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread and cover with plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Melt 2 T of butter in large skillet over medium high heat and cook bread until golden brown, in batches if necessary. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with marmalade and syrup.
