Baked Eggs and Clams - 6 servings

Ingredients:

6 eggs
4 C coarse cracker crumbs
1/4 C onion, finely chopped
2 C milk
2 7 oz. cans minced clams
1/4 C butter, melted

Directions:

Beat eggs until bubbly. Add crumbs, onion and milk and mix again. Add clams and their juice and stir well. Pour into buttered baking dish and smooth down surface. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top lightly browned.
