Raspberry Brulee

Raspberry Brulee - 3 servings

Ingredients:

1-10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed and drained
1/4 C Creme Fraiche or 2 T whipping cream beaten into 1/4 C sour cream
2 T brown sugar

Directions:

Divide berries among 3 heatproof ramekins of custard cups. Cover with Creme Fraiche and chill. Adjust broiler rack to 4-inches from heat and preheat broiler. Sprinkle each serving dish with 2/3 T sugar. Broil until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
